Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Colline di Romagna" DOP is produced between the Po Valley, the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, in full compliance with a production specification that guarantees, step by step, its excellence.
Harvested by hand between the 20th of October and the 15th of December, as a Christmas present a few days in advance, it is processed immediately after harvesting and cold extracted.
It is the inevitable condiment and the starting point of almost every dish of our tradition, but we really would not be surprised if you told us that you prefer to taste it like this: simply, on a slice of bread.
