  • GREEN TORTELLI
    The night between 23 and 24 June is special because it’s St. John’s night. In some areas of Emilia, it’s the night when people collect the lucky dew in the meadows.

    Friends gather outdoors to listen to music and, more importantly, to eat a special traditional dish. You can enjoy Green Tortelli at the restaurant served in ceramic plates or at a countryside festival but this time served in disposable plates. What matters is to share them with the people you love. And don’t forget, green tortelli should be plated in odd numbers, as the superstition goes.

    Traditionally they are prepared with melted butter, grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and a few fresh sage leaves.
