Parmigiano Reggiano, There's not much more to say about the best loved and most imitated cheese in the world. But Parmigiano would not be what it is if it wasn't for its land of origin. A land courted by its inhabitants from time immemorial, who have bred only the finest cattle, fed with the best fodder to produce the king of cheeses, according to rules which have remained unchanged over the centuries. All this dedication, purity and passion for Emilia can be felt right from the first mouthful, and delight the palate.
Some people love to end their meal with something sweet. Others like to enjoy a few bites in the evening, on the sofa, while watching a film or TV series. Some treat themselves to a few nibbles while curled up with a book. As red as fire, as red as the heart. Red is the colour of passion, and for those who love cooking, it’s the colour of homemade tomato sauce. When time is tight, life gets hectic, or you’re far away from home and menus are written in an unknown language, that’s when you crave for the simplest, yummiest, and most indispensable of condiments. The world has no language barriers when on the table there’s a plate of pasta with tomato sauce, a pizza, or ketchup, or French fries to dip into ketchup. Ask any Italian, and they’ll have at least one special memory accompanied by the sweet smell of red tomato passata.
We make our sauces and passata using ripe tomatoes picked from the best plants in mid-August. Tomatoes are hand-picked one by one and processed locally, adding only a few 100% natural ingredients to deliver that same authentic smell.

The flours we have selected for you exclusively derive from grains cultivated in the territory of Matilda of Tuscany, we propose stone milling, which allows past traditions to converge with today’s technology, giving us flavours and aromas truly worthy of the term "excellence", maintaining all the nutritional properties that make flour one of the fundamental pillars of our nutrition. Since flour can certainly not be mentioned as our favourite dish is, it is undoubtedly true that flour is likely to be the protagonist of that dish.
